Earth Day 2014

Good Afternoon! Tomorrow, the sites at Donald St., 321 Rockdale Ave., and 374 Rockdale Ave. will be celebrating Earth Day! All children will do a special project to celebrate our beautiful planet! Here are a few simple things that even kids can do to "go green" and benefit the earth: 1. Reduce the amount of things you throw away by recycling cans, bottles, paper, books, and even toys! 2. Reuse if possible! You can purchase alternative products such as rechargeable batteries & reusable water bottles, instead of disposable. 3. Enjoy nature together! Go hiking, plant a tree or garden, and enjoy the delicious food that nature provides us!
