Tomorrow, June 25th will be the annual L.P.C. "Mini Prom" for children at the Church St. location! Children are welcome to come dressed in their most formal attire as we celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of summer. :)

We have a fun day in store for tomorrow! The following are some of the events that will take place tomorrow, June 26th: It is "Red Sox Day" at Donald St. The preschoolers at 321 Rockdale Ave. will build a lemonade stand and enjoy some ice cold, delicious lemonade while having fun in the sun. The children at the Sassaquin location will enjoy eating a picnic lunch outdoors. They also spend the afternoon playing a variety of games. Hopefully Mr. Sun will stick around for these activities! Tomorrow, the preschoolers at 321 Rockdale Ave. will have an ice cream sundae "fun day," while the infants and toddlers at the Church St. location will enjoy "Bubble Day." Thursday, the children at the Sassaquin location are invited to wear the zaniest hat that you can find for "Crazy Hat Day." Also on Thursday, the preschoolers at the 374 Rockdale Ave. location will celebrate the end of the school year by letting loose and dancing to the beat at our very own DJ dance party! This week, the preschool groups in New Bedford and Dartmouth will be making fossil dough, discovery bottles, instant ice cream and graphing the results of a fruit taste test, all in support of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). Have a wonderful evening!

The following are some of the enjoyable happenings that will occur tomorrow at LPC: Donald St. children are invited to show Celtics team spirit by wearing team colors or jerseys. 321 Rockdale Ave. preschoolers will have lots of fun as they celebrate this year's accomplishments with a graduation party! Children at the Church St. location are encouraged to wear our flag's colors in celebration of Flag Day. Have a great afternoon :)

This week, the younger preschool groups in New Bedford and Dartmouth will be counting out sequins, buttons, stickers and their fingers as they make projects for the number 10. The Mass. Frameworks Connections are N1-counting with one to one correspondence and PD8-strengthen hand grasp and flexibility. Have a great day :)

*Attention parents of preschool children who attend sites in New Bedford and Dartmouth:* Sunday, June 14th will be your chance to show off your little scholar at our annual graduation ceremony, located at the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School. We will be performing the songs we've been practicing. Our theme this year will be "Disney/Frozen." Feel free to get in the spirit by dressing your child in "Frozen" attire. Family and friends are welcome to join in the fun. There will be great music and refreshments. Please see your sites director if you would like to bring some goodies--cookies or other finger friendly (non messy and peanut free) treats. The ceremony schedule is as follows: Donald St. - 10:00 a.m. 321 Rockdale Ave. - 10:00 a.m. Sassaquin - 11:30 a.m. 374 Rockdale Ave. - 1:00 p.m. Church St. - 2:30 p.m.

Come one come all! Please join us on Saturday, June 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for the LPC Car Wash, located at 4241 Acushnet Ave. Staff will be on hand making your cars look spic and span. Rainbow Ice Cream truck will be available for a sweet treat. Tickets are $5.00 each. All proceeds will go towards summer field trips for our children. :D

*Don't Forget* Monday, June 8th is the Sassaquin infant and toddler graduation! Family and friends are invited to join in this special once a year occasion! This event will run from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and will be located at our South Dartmouth location on 52 Donald St. The rain date will be June 9th. We hope to see you all there! The children at the Donald St. location will be celebrating this month with "Boston Sports Fridays!" Every Friday throughout the month of June will be a day to show support for a favorite Boston Team by wearing team colors and/or jerseys. Tomorrow, the infants, toddlers and preschoolers will celebrate Patriots Day. The school age children are also invited to wear their favorite sports jersey on this day. Have a great afternoon!

With graduation right around the corner, our preschool rooms will be busy creating memory pages, painting graduation caps, signing autograph books and baking edible diplomas. The Mass. Frameworks Connection is: Va20-explore and experiment with wet/dry media in various colors. *SAVE THE DATE* Preschool graduation for the New Bedford and Dartmouth locations will be on Sunday, June 14th at Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School. *ATTENTION* Family and friends of the infants and toddlers at the Church St. location are invited to join us in a special graduation celebration tomorrow, June 3rd from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This will be a very exciting night for our youngest graduates as they entertain you with some special songs they have been practicing! DONALD ST. INFANT & TODDLER GRADUATION TONIGHT!!! MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2015 Dear Parents, The weather for today and tomorrow looks like rain, so we will be staying with tonight’s original graduation date. The ceremony will be held indoors, in each child’s individual classroom. Please keep in mind that space is very limited indoors, so we cannot accommodate as many guests per student as we do when it is held outdoors. Thank you for your cooperation.
