Good afternoon: Today, the children at Donald St. had a great time during "Transportation Day!". The children worked together and used their imaginations to create props such as race cars, trains, and even some rocket ships! Don't forget!! Tomorrow, March 28th will be picture day for the infants and toddlers at the Sassaquin site.

Good morning to all of our LPC friends and families! We hope that our Acushnet location enjoyed their special magician visit yesterday! Today, our 201 infants and toddlers will be enjoying Sports Day! Infant and toddler photo day is today in Wareham! Our Wareham preschoolers will be taking part in picture day tomorrow! Tomorrow, a private kindergarten information meeting will be held at 6:30 p...m at the office at 177 Bridge St. in Fairhaven! Bridge Street will be celebrating "Amazing Animal Day" tomorrow! On Monday, March 17th, the LPC sites in New Bedford and Dartmouth will be celebrating St. Patrick's Day!  There will be games, face painting, stories, songs, and a special snack.  Don't forget to wear a wee bit of green for this day filled with leprechauns, rainbows and FUN!

We would like to remind parents of preschoolers at the Donald St. and Rockdale Ave. sites that the children will be traveling by bus to the Zeiterion theater to see "Swimmy, Frederick, and Inch By Inch" on Monday, March 17th.

"Swimmy is a tiny fish who uses ingenuity to fend off danger. Frederick, a poetic mouse, makes everyday life an artful experience. A lovable inchworm shares his facility for measuring absolutely everything. The show features innovative puppetry styles and imaginative lighting techniques & an original musical score."

The LPC children have been very busy this week with exciting trips! Today, Miss lee-Ann and Miss Vic's groups visited Healthtrax for some exercising after yesterday's celebration of Sports Day! Our Acushnet site is celebrating "Bedrock Day" today! On Tuesday, our Wareham Preschoolers went to Cape Cod Children's Museum! Groups from our Bridge St. site visited Alderbrook Farms this week as well! We wish all of you a wonderful day!

Good Afternoon from LPC!  Some of the great things happening tomorrow, March 12th include:

The downstairs preschool groups, along with Miss Ana's group at Church St., will be visiting the New Bedford Airport to take a look to see how things run from the control tower!

Preschool children in Miss Karen's, Miss Shanyce's, Miss Kristen's, Miss Jessica's, and Miss Marlena's classes at 374 Rockdale will be going on a field trip to Wonder Bowl.

Good afternoon from LPC!

This month's theme for the sites in New Bedford and Dartmouth is "Transportation." During March, we will learn about the many different ways we travel, both within our community and around the world.

Tomorrow, the children at the 374 Rockdale Ave. location will get to tour the inside of a school bus. They will do some exploring, learn the rules, and the proper way to exit the bus
